Delivery Spec
On this page
This page explains what we deliver, in which format, with which scope, and under which quality rules.
1) Deliverable format
- Briefing as PDF (compact, easy to read, shareable) + a short email summary with the top 3 decisions.
- Each decision includes: context → evidence → recommendation → owner → deadline → next review.
2) Scope
- Typical: 3–6 pages per briefing (depending on scope selected in the builder).
- Top 3 decisions + an actionable 7-day plan (concrete, not generic).
- We prioritize clarity over completeness: fewer points, but directly actionable.
3) Source standard (evidence)
- Each relevant claim gets a source class (e.g. primary source, product/site update, job posting, public announcement).
- When possible: link + last checked date. If not possible: a clear note on what was checked and why it matters.
- Facts, interpretation, and recommended action are clearly separated.
4) Hypothesis rule (fail-closed)
- If evidence/freshness is insufficient, the claim is marked as a hypothesis (no “confidence theater”).
- We define which signal would confirm/refute the hypothesis and by when it will be re-checked.
